Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and
follow the link in the reset email. If you have SSO enabled, contact your IT admin instead.
Can I import data from another HR system?

Yes! Buesuite supports CSV imports and has migration tools for
popular HR systems. Contact our support team for assisted migration from systems like
Workday, BambooHR, or Zoho People.
How do I add a new admin user?

Go to Settings → User Management → Add User. Select the Admin
role and send an invitation. The user will receive an email to set up their account.
Is my data secure?

Absolutely. Buesuite uses enterprise-grade encryption, is SOC 2
Type II certified, and complies with GDPR. All data is stored on secure AWS infrastructure
with regular backups.
Can I customize the employee self-service portal?

Yes, you can customize the portal with your company branding,
choose which modules employees can access, and configure what information they can view and
edit.
How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. You can
downgrade or cancel anytime. Your data will be available for export for 30 days after
cancellation.
